Heartbreaking Loss to Renegades in Championship

It is with great sorrow that we must report our loss to the Renegades (Red-Neck-Gays) in the Championship of a tough-fought season. After an exciting win against the plucky Pizza Weevils the previous week, our hopes were high that Los Tres Magueyes would be sporting a championship banner in their humble ristorante mexicano. Despite excellent pressure in the neutral zone, an early 2 goal lead, and some great performances all around, the Renegades played tenaciously and made some excellent scores.

I swore I would never use the phrase "played tenaciously," but there it is.
