Game 3 Recap

Wednesday night saw another example of the Ringers total domination of the Factory C League.  This week’s victims:  The Jackals.  Oh it got ugly early and often as the Ringer’s offense rained fire upon an entirely bewildered and demoralized Jackal defense.  When the Ringers were done, all they left was wreckage, scorched earth, torn undergarments, and empty Lubriderm bottles. 
 
Said team scoring leader “Hat Trick” Rob T, “Look, we don’t come to win.  We come to destroy.  All who oppose us end up being crushed beneath our wheels.  And you know what?  They like it.  They know they deserve the punishment we hand them.  These other teams just kill time in between games when they too can feel the sweet humiliation of a Ringers beat down.”
 
Goalie Eric “The Wall from Faneuil Hall” Peterson was strong in net and stopped what looked like maybe 8 shots.  2 got past him but that was only because he doing his bills during the game.  Also, the rise in shots against may have been caused by the Ringers employing a mid-game defensive shift called “Fuck him, he’s wearing the pads, let him hang.”  It seemed to work out well for all concerned.
 
Next up to be bitch-slapped by our heroes are Team Factory on June 1st.
